REVIVE WELLNESS LLC is a multi-state behavioral health practice specializing in court compliance services, forensic evaluations, and substance abuse professional assessments. Our practice currently serves clients across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida with a commitment to professional excellence and evidence-based care. It is our mission to optimize lives with Mental Health and Wellness education.
What We Do:
Forensic and Court-Ordered Services – The practice conducts comprehensive substance abuse evaluations, mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and fitness-for-duty assessments that meet stringent legal and professional standards. All reports are prepared with attention to court specifications and timelines.
DOT and Safety-Sensitive Populations – As a certified DOT Substance Abuse Professional, the Clinical Director provides return-to-duty evaluations, follow-up testing programs, and compliance monitoring for commercial drivers and other federally regulated employees.
Institutional and Federal Contracting – Drawing on extensive federal agency experience, REVIVE WELLNESS works with government agencies, employers, and institutions requiring behavioral health compliance services and employee assistance programs.
Educational Programs – The practice has developed comprehensive curricula for substance abuse treatment, DUI education, parent education, and early intervention programs based on current research and best practices.
